3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process contact form data to respond to your inquiry or request. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you grant by checking the relevant box in the form.

Essential cookies for website functionality are processed based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Analytics cookies are processed only with your consent.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may only be shared with service providers who support website operations and email delivery, strictly to the extent necessary for their services.

Contact form data is retained for the period necessary to handle your inquiry, up to a maximum of 12 months from the last contact. After that, the data is deleted.
